What gets me is if you look at the spanish GD on the forgeworld site they had an organised setup with a queing system......why can they not think to do it over here? Black Library seem to have their Shizzle together...

Well, the big plus with Pre Orders are that they ensure you to get your Miniatures and they won´t be sold out...
... You can go 15 Minutes before the GD closes and I guarantee you that there won´t be any other people then, because the Most Interesting Stuff is already gone...

You could always send a girl in for it! They wouldn't know what to do, or where to look. An approximate response, I believe, would be akin to something like "OMG! WTF! LOLZ! BBQ!"...I read that off the internet, where the bulk of us reside.

The thing is as Mike said is that some people with pre orders did not get their items this year.
