You should have just shouted Crystella and I would have at least nodded my head your way. Had lots of people say hi to me before, during and at the end of GD. My feet are hurting today

@crystella the one thing that will get you fired from GW is if anything goes wrong with money so that's why I didn't distract you even though I was chatting to Matt about four feet from you lol

More than happy to share the photos.

Also apparently mark wells CEO of GW has made a public apology regarding the queuing problems, guess they got plenty of "feedback" regarding that.

Yeh had my mail regarding Mark Wells apology. What the in Gods name inspired them to place the whole retail area into that small section.

FW alone is too big for that space.

I hope the sadist who devised the retail system at GD11 is opening an envelope with a P45 in as we speak.

Will be interested to see the changes next year.
