Gamezone vampire (new pics and first NMM attempt)

This is going to be my entry for the Gamezone comp. on WAMP
Unfortunately, my camera work has obliterated all the shading and highlighting that I have done on the green areas

Any comments?

how much of a pain did you find this guy to clean? i bought him and a few of his friends and they are annoying the hell out of me (damn smart max increasing my standards!)

Yea, it was a bit of an epic assembly, I was forced to re-sculpt parts of the armour in places

it\'s a shame. they are such lovely sculpts. they seem to be shooting themselves inteh foot with such poor casting (i suppose it didn\'t stop me from buying them!)

I wasn\'t very happy with the progress of the mini, so I stripped and started to repaint it

nothing wrong with that, Ive done that too many times.

Anyways, the gold is lookn good, but you need to make the contrast deeper

see how the darkest shadow is basically black while the brightest highlight is nearly white. Just do that with brown instead. If you got GW then use scorched brown. Hope that helps.
