As an aside, this year\'s model (at least in Atlanta) was apparently *not* available for purchase seperately. It was only available with a GD paid membership.

It means that in the USA, when you buy a admission/ticket to Games Day your miniature is included in your ticket price. The same is also true for Canada and I France too. Maybe others. This is the ONLY way to get a copy of the miniature as they don\'t sell it there.

The only GD where I know the miniature is NOT included in your admission price is the UK. Your ticket price to the UK Games Day event does NOT include the figure. Its extra. Also at a UK GD you are free to buy as many as you wish.

Do we comprehend now?

You could also add that GD minis aren\'t usually the nicest one around ( quit the opposite ) but interestingly enough go for a nice price on Ebay :D

Pretty much. I guess I should have made it clearer, my point was that you couldn\'t buy additional copies of the mini if you wanted them - at least that was what I was told by another attendee (I didn\'t care for the model this year). In previous years, you could buy additional copies if you wanted.

Yeah I find if you hang around the table where they hand them out, offer people $10.00 each for them..or even less and in short order you could buy 4 or 5 of them.

@ Darklord, its the same figure for every countrys GD.

No its always been price for GD.. or price for GD with miniature..or figure case or T shirt..... but its not automatically included. And if I remember right they send it to you in the mail before the show.

So it will end up being about £32 with the model included, didn\'t know that. I always assumed it was £25 with one model, then you had to buy extras.

If I remember correctly no mini with the 25 pound ticket.

DFD is right, you get the option to buy the mini early when you buy your ticket, but you do have to pay for it!

I personally like this one(although as its a greenskin may be a bit biassed!). I am going to use mine as my bloodbowl manager.

Hug? She needs to be treated to a homecooked dinner, the dishes done or the laundry. Maybe all three!

Now, run along and be a good child! lol
