hmmm. Not sure what to say. It seems kinda all over the place.
I think figure looks like a lot of variations of the same color if you follow my meaning. Even though they are different colors, they all seem to blend together making it hard for anything to stand out.
Maybe some stronger highlights would be good or a different color for the fur cloak. I think that is what is bugging me is there appears to be a lot of grey used.
Anyhoo, it is certainly and interesting approach and I realize you are tyring lots of things, so keep it up!! I could very easily just be in a weird mood so things look odd to me already:bouncy:

He looks okay. I can relate to painting something just to try different things out. Sometimes things work; sometimes they don\'t.
