Better than me last year :p

I got 7 cs and 3 bs

Good enough considering the amount of work I did (I would have done more now..)

But anyway, when I got to colege I had the most out of everyone on the course so i didnt feel too bad :p

Problem is when I took my GCSEs I found them to be rediculously easy. Which made me perform really badly in A level - remember to try even harder in A levels you guys :D

I actually overachieved in english :p I got 2 A\'s in it, when I was predicted b\'s.

In total, I got:

4 a
4 b
2 c
1 p.

make of that what you will.

p,s I am redoing my sociology- one of my c\'s.

Congrats all, glad to see some results here that sound normal! BBC news on Thursday morning had 2 students opening their results, the first of which got 15 A\'s!!!! the second one had 17 grades!!!! I was about to jump on the \"they\'re too easy\" bandwagon  having worked my socks off to get 9 of the buggers lol Must not let media misrepresentation & the tiresome shouty commentators distract me from congratulating you all on your effort :) Oh, and well done to the A-Level folks the other week too! B.

Good haul there. If I remember right, I got 4 A\'s 3 B\'s and a C, there were no A*\'s back in 1989!

lol smooth. So have people enrolled at sixth-forms etc, or wherever else they\'re gonna go? :) I\'ve enrolled for Art, History, English Lit and French A2 and have probably been roped into Critical Thinking.

roped into Critical Thinking.

This happened to me. My head teacher, during my 6th form interview, just said to me: \"so, would you like to do critical thinking then Tom?\"

and marked me down for it before I replied. Ah well.

anyway, I am taking: sociology, psychology, geography, physics for my AS levels.

Congrats on the results guys!

Although I swear that British education has become really weird compared with what I remember. I did separate sciences at GCSE, and there was none of this modular bollix! :cussing: Also, in my day we had proper \'A\' levels, and you couldn\'t pass an entire subject by using coursework cribbed from t\'intertubes. Heck, we barely even had intertubes back then! *waves cane, then wanders back to the rocking chair by the fire*

As a final exam, see if you can spot where I was being a wee bit sarky!
