Can anyone suggest hotels in the area..Ive no clue about Atlanta.

DFD, acouple of us are going to book hotels out closer to Grumb and caravan to the event Saturday. As soon as I get it set, I can let you know which hotel if you like. Should be later today.

Mike - I understand completely and I hope your father is doing well. I know it\'s going to be a couple of years before we make it to London GD. It\'s right around the boys\' birthday and we\'d like to take them to London for that week - as a birthday gift, but next year our oldest will start middle school and we don\'t want him to miss a week only a month into the school year. Sorry to disappoint you both but the plans that Fran & I had started to make got put into limbo when my mothers health started to decline.
Much as we would like to get over there this year there are a few things which we\'ve got to sort out, and keep an eye on my dad for a while.
I still haven\'t ruled out a visit to Atlanta, just to scare you folks
I did remember talk of Dawn & Grumb visiting this rainy old Isle for Gamesday UK.
If we ever make it over there during the summer we\'ll definitely let you know!
Again, we\'ll miss you and Fran and we hope you\'re both doing well.

I wish I could go. I really miss a good Southern Barbecue.
