What I was wondering was, if the painter had not entered in his own right previously, he might not know the rules and that what was being done was not allowed hence the taking credit by amending his cmon entries - that appears to not be the case.
Why would anyone want to win like this it is of no value at all.

as said before. i really think the reason is because of the whole scandal with the cheater. it would be nice to see the winners up, but its not the end of the world. if you really wnat them to post miniature pics, then post an email to them every day for a few weeks. i guarantee you it will get someone to look.
