GD get together mini WIP\'s

Hi,
i dont know if this is ok but i thought it would be a good idea to have the WIP\'s for the get together mini on a seperate thread.

so heres the start of mine ive worked on it since i came back from school.I dont thing the pic does it justice

yeah it was huge origionally but then it just became a red cross so i m not sure how to improve it

any ideas:(

i know it isnt i just love the mini!! when your relativly low on cash a mod like this dosnt come round every day.I just like painting

OK, here is my base so far. I thought it would be best to get the yes or no on if it is too ott before I did anything more with the painting. Is it going to work with the squad?

The red dots are where the guy could go. Imagine the grenade launcher bloke is facing forward in the views. I think I prefer the second shot for how he could sit on the base.

Sorry about the bad image quality, I couldn\'t be bothered to set up my lighting rig.

definately James. Mine is simply rubble and a small pipe on a regular base.

I think for this exercise, the KISS principal is needed

Righto, I\'ll do something basic and use this base elsewhere.

Believe me, I\'d do something more flamboyant given the chance - just look in my gallery!!

No offence taken, there should have been a wink smiley in there too.

It does go to show though, using achronyms can be dangerous. Just remember what happened in Red Dwarf when Rimmer created The Committee for the Liberation and Integration of Terrifying Organisms and their Rehabilitation Into Society!

lighting is bad on the pic, but progress is made. Don\'t usually undercoat in black!!!!
And the is so much going on on this guy; problem is the top heavy weight of him - he falls off the holder from time to time

thoughts, people?
