Hmm the only person to blame is the GW guy.

AlexiZ: Shut the f*%( up will ya. This had the potential to be a very good thread on an important topic to the mini painting community and you have almost single handidly turned it into a bitch fest. Stop your dang whining, moaning, and bellyaching and grow up. If you were one of my kids I\'d have smacked ya and sent you to your room by now. Luckily your not one of my kids, they are both more mature with one at age 6 and one at age 3.
Everyone else: How about we just ignore AlexiZ and get back on the point of things. A large number of CMoN painters are very interested in the GDs as (like it or not) it is currently the pinnacle contest of our hobby. I say if this is indeed true we should start some sort of official petition to GW on this because it affects the hobby. If GW backs up the acceptance of a proxy entry then might I suggest that next year we all enter through some of our UK friends. I\'m quite sure that if we sent a well worded petition GW would be forced to reply, and assuming all the facts presented here are correct make some sort of amends as they indeed won\'t want hundreds of proxy entries and will not want to be seen as blatantly unfair.

This may be a stupid question, but I\'m putting it out there anyway...why is GW only known for having the best \"award\" for miniature painting. Does anyone know why Reaprer or Rackham do not have similar awards?
