bah, my mini looks so crap in the pic! It looks so much better in real!:( as a result I have sent a mail asking them to take it down.

humm id say pics are really well taken dont understand about you torstein.. your mini is great! My dark elf pic is quite good too, it looks to \"black&white\" though, its more purplish irl. Still the happiest man ever:D

Ok... my silly quest is almost complete... I have now seen two of the Open winners... still patiently waiting for the third (not yellowone or martin - lol)

I\'d agree with you Albert. It\'s a great piece of scratchbuilding, but does little for me. And, IMHO, the hands are tooo big.

But then I\'m too used to 54mm historicals and guess this is more of a scaled up 28mm in proportion, in keeping with GW\'s style.

hm. paintwise it was pretty much flawless IRL... and the face has got loads of character. But as I\'ve mentioned earlier I\'d given Martins Elf the upper hand. really tough open when you think of Kirils entry as well.

hm. how do they judge? do the judges each individually give points to the minis? Or do they nominate a 1, 2 and 3?

how do they judge?
It\'s better not to ask ... that generated 10 pages of posts on Créafigs (they forgot that whatever little quacks there might have been, the judges\' decision is final :p).
