Does one have to be a WD subscriber to get tickets (ie is there a Chance they\'ll be sold out before the rest of us can get one?)

Never been before, mate and I looking to head down this year to just get a feel for it. (And I fancy getting some of the Chaos stuff early that I assume will be on sale there from all the rumours).

Not good enough to enter anything, but going to be glad to see my first well painted minis up close, I\'ve never seen one except on t\'internet and no substitue for seeing something in life.

Tickets to non WD subscribers are normally on sale around July time from Direct or the shops.

The shops also run coaches to Games Day but that is a different subject entirely :D

If last year was anything to go by then pre-release stuff went very quickly and appeared on EBay just as quickly that day :flame::cussing::flame::cussing: so you would need to be quick through the doors and getting to the trade stands.

So how (if you subscribe to WD) do you get the tickets early? do you have to call and give a subscription numer or something?

Games Day UK is on my birthday this year, how tempting is that :D I\'ve only been to one Games Day and that was 5 years ago, maybe if I could put away some money this summer I could make it to the UK show. I would absolutely love to see some of you guys in person that I never really expected to :D

Cheers, don\'t mind waiting till July as long as I actually get one. Folk who enter something for the Daemon get in early don\'t they? Might have to embarrass myself with an entry in something if that\'s the case. *laughs* Wouldn\'t even know where the trade stands are, at least not buying for ebay, 12 years a Chaos 40k player. Be a bit miffed to make the trip and get nowt. ;)

I would assume the address would be on the system, so the tickets would be sent there.

Ring them, they have your address already on the system, you confirm it, you pay via card, the send the tickets to the address on the system.

I haven\'t even started yet, oh and have I mentioned a full-time job and something some people call (social) life? Miniatures somehow get out of the picture, no matter how much I love this hobby of mine...
