I like your colour choices Carsong, it's a nice looking mini :good: Congrats on finishing it, even if in a rush, better than having a crate of half painted minis haunting you!

Freehand on the horse nose armour was mentioned earlier & I half typed out a couple of times thoughts on a birds head design that never really came together. Looking afresh I think a simple fleur-de-lys in the three colours of the Generals hat feathers would look good, if you have a spare half hour

The mini is nicely done for something done in a rush. I totally agree with BPI about the freehand, especially about the fleur-de-lys.
