I\'d have to say genius for coming up with the idea, also someone has placed a bid though I suppose .50p for a scenic base is a bargain.
He\'ll just have to be careful when he places a mini on it that he doesn\'t squash Frodo.

hhehehehehe, i had to make a base for a frodo like that so GW could gve it away to Peter Jackson...well, ok, they DID cast one very special frodo mini in clear resin to put on it...

There is an OLD ral partha \"mini\" which was nothing more than a base with a very faint set of 2 foot prints on it. I guess it has to be somewhat genious, since I bought that one...
