"Get me a 6-pack" or other large orders... stuff missing - any ideas?

Hey Guys,

Finally got our shipment here for zombicide (woo!) but we have run into an issue.

We only have 1 box here and it doesn't even have half of what we had ordered. I know only 9 people ordered the 6-pack but i was wondering if anyone else had multiple boxes for all their zombicide stuff or have any suggestions on what to do?


What we are missing:
3x std Zombicide game box
6x Abomination packs

Check it matches (or not) the packing slip.
Check your packing slip / invoice on CKPM.
Contact CMON via the Kickstarter messaging system.

Packing slip and CKPM both say we should have 6 copies etc. things like we have the correct amount of shirts (4x M and 2x L) just missing some actual game boxes and the abom packs.


Have sent emails asking what is going on, but just thought i would see if anyone else knows about it (like if someone knew there was actually 2 boxes or something).

How long has it been? It's quite likely that the parcels just got split up in the post and some may be delayed by a few days.
If you don't get them in the post in the next week I'd contact USPS and CoolMiniOrNot to assist in locating them.

Yeah, that is what we are hoping here, that there is a 2nd box somewhere... hence i was asking if anybody else had multiple packages.

It's just that there is no indication that there would be multiple... and we only got 1 tracking number.

Somewhere on the box it all came in should say something like "Box 1/1 or 1/2" If the latter, you're good. If the former....

No indication of multiple boxes or total amount of boxes anywhere.

The USPS dispatch note lists a quantity of 6 items and 25lbs for the package, which it does weigh ~25lbs.

I've got 3x abomination sets, plus some extras, coming - they're in my local depot, so I'm going to ring up, see if I can go collect and pay charges there, if so, I'll post later with info on what I get...

I now have mine.

It game in two boxes, which were taped together to form one package.

The smaller box contained 2x Abomination pack, 3x lithograph, 1x battle foam, 1x tile-set, 4x white dice, 1x black dice, 1x Glow-in-the-dark dice.
The larger box contained 3x Base game, 1x Abomination pack, 3x T-shirt (1x Medium, 1x Large, 1x Extra Large).

Which is everything on my packing slip, and everything I was expecting to get at this stage.

Sorry, that probably doesn't help you any, does it.

I'm glad to hear that you got everything you ordered. It does help in the way that it gives me hope that there will be more boxes in the system somewhere.

From what you have mentioned, we must have one of the big boxes already (it had 3x games plus some of our extra bits, which is similar to yours).

And by sounds, we should be looking at maybe another 2 boxes all up (another big box could fit the 3x games and 1x abom, 3rd box would have 5x abom).
Just waiting on contact from CMON now to try and see what is going on.

Yeah, I reckon you've got another package coming probably a larger box plus a smaller box taped together like mine, because my larger box had 3x Game + 1 Abomination pack, and the smaller would probably take 4x, possibly even 5x, abomination packs.

Yeah, just had confirmation from CMON that there are 2 more packages on their way (I wish they had given us all 3 tracking numbers from the start though...)

Now we just have to wait for USPS to get their stuff together... one package is still on the other side of Aus and the other was last seen in the US still

But at least we are getting all the things we paid for. Thanks to everyone that replied and tried to help.
