get smart is #4 highest grossing movie of all time???

so i was on imdb checking out the site and saw that get smart has been making mad money in the rest of the world.

is this true? is the rest of the worlds love for the comedy stylings of steve carrell and anne hathaway really worth 1,000,000,000 dollars?

when in america it only made 130,000,000.

i dont know but i checked other sites and they said the same thing too. so i guess what i want to know is if this is true?

a flabbergasted ubie.

Don\'t know... I don\'t think it\'s made that big of an impact here in Sweden. But, we\'re only 9 million people...

He\'s great in Little Miss Sunshine :)

Three of my friends and I went to see a 7:00 showing of Get Smart yesterday, but we were a bit late and it was Orange Wednesdays so there wasn\'t any space left. We saw Dark Knight at 8:00 instead (which two of my friends had already seen twice). It was all a bit dodgy because we were pretending (rubbishly) to be 14 to get cheaper tickets at the same time as fiddling Orange Wednesdays, and then started discussing whether to see The Wackness (15) under the beady eye of scary ticket lady... lol It was so obvious she knew, we asked her when Dark Knight would finish and she told us it would be past our bedtime.

I haven\'t seen it, but I don\'t see many movies though.

I will say the opposite of some of the others, and state that Steve Carrell is brilliant! One of my favorite comedians. I just like the sarcastic, awkward kind of stuff. I\'m a huge fan of The Office (the American version) and love his performance in it. (Yes I have seen bits of the British one on Youtube now and again, and I like the yank one better) :)

Box Office Mojo lists its worldwide gross as $202 million, putting it at #350 all-time (inflation plays a big part of that I\'m sure).

yeah... i saw that too. imdb.com and the other sites just took down the billion dollar total. pretty weird.
