What I eat?
Well, growing up on the countryside and later being in the military service has made me eat and love everything I don\'t have to spit right back out. My favorite meals are many, but cream boiled liver and potatoes will always, always be my no.1 favorite meal.

I fancy Asian food, all kinds but I feel that Japanese food is a bit special. But thats mainly because my girl is (or atleast used to be) somewhat of a Nippophile and almost literary forced that part of the Asian kitchen upon me.

What I drink?
Well, for starters I don\'t drink milk unless its chocolate milk, Ive never been able to stand the taste. Even as a toddler mom had to give me \"fake\" milk because I refused to breast feed.

When it comes to alcoholic beverages I didn\'t touch them or anything slightly similar to them at all for quite some time. I was quite anal about how wrong it was to drink. But Slowly I started to taste things, not in order to find something for me but just to tell myself what it was I was refraining from. But I happened to find Whiskey and totally loved it. And two years ago, when I met my girl, I got drunk for the first time ever. Then I decided to stop being what I used to be and started attending parties and opening up that part of my life that I previously had sealed myself from. I think that might have been one of the better decisions I\'ve made to date. I\'m still very anal about moderate drinking but I will never go back to being as extreme as I once was.
Besides alcohol, my fav beverage is basically anything with pears in it. Failing that its black currant. If I get my hands on those I cant stop drinking, it makes me thirsty to just type about them. lol

I have never and will never smoke anything besides food. My mom is a cig smoker and I\'ve been to Amsterdam one too many times to be able to enjoy the sweet leaf and none of it is appealing to me in any way. I think it might have something to do with my early zealotry and faint traces of asthma I used to have as a kid.

Oh, and I hate tea so I will never become a Brit. lol
Coffee is an emergency drink for me. If there\'s absolutely nothing else around It\'ll do.

Any flavoured Pizza, got to have lots of cheese. My favorite dish my mom used to make, I would finish the pot by myself...chicken heart and gizzards in tomato sauce on rice:bouncy:

Off topic for Beer drinkers. About 20 years ago I tried a European beer in a Pub here in Canada. Not much of a beer drinker, I was looking at all the variety they had. mostly Canadian Micro Brews and some European. I pointed at a sign and said that one. I took a sip and I was in heaven. Stupid me, forgot the name and ever since I have not found it. It was medium in color, medium in flavor but it had a very distinct sweet finish. I was in the restuarant business for 10 years and going to the food shows( trade only, talk about gastronomical heaven) asking and tasting all the samples and never come across it again or any thing close.

Any suggestions?

My fav European beer is Warsteiner. It comes in a brown bottle with a yellow/silver foil label I think. It\'s a long shot but they did advertise pretty heavily around these parts 15+ years ago, If I recall accurately.
