Ghark ironskin on foot

I don\'t like ogre\'s rhinox cavalry, but Ghark ironskin character, seen on white dwarf was so cool... so i try to make this character on foot, making use of plate from ironfist, chainmail make with green stuff and a rack from a skaven wizard.

aaaargh, terrible mould lines!!! the flesh would look better if it weren\'t drybrushed. having said that, the metals look really nice

Agreed, the flesh would\'ve been much nicer if it was smoothly layered instead of drybrushed. And the mould lines - mould lines destroy minis, period. The corrosion on the metals is a bit over done. A little corrosion is almost always more convincing than the entire metal area rusted up. What you got right, was the clean metal on the edges. A useful tool is the idea of when the metals will take the most wear. It\'s at those points where the rust and dirt will rub off.

Otherwise, I like the overall feel of the paintjob. Dirty and ill-maintained.
