Ghost Marine?

Ok. Yesterday, I had a very crazy idea at warhammer club. Ghost Marines! I was wondering if it would be possble to make a mold of a space marine or various space marine parts and then make a marine out of clear resin. In other words a clear space marine. Is this entirely possible at all? If so, how would I go about doing it? Cause I think it would be really cool.

You would need to make a mold first of the piece....possibly out of plaster of paris....then pour in the resin and bob\'s your uncle.

Yeah definatley, i played a game against a guy that had his tau stealth suits cast in clear resin, they were transparent like you\'re talking about...pretty cool stuff

don\'t cast resin in plaster, firstly you need it to be flexible for ease of getting the pieces out.
second, the resin would no doubt come out with plaster covering it\'s surface.

try a silicone or latex mould instead.

Would they allow the clear cast figures at a GW tournament or store? I wouldn\'t think so but you never know.

Simple answer NO.
Breaching copoyright laws and Infringing Intellectual Properties of GW not a good idea unless you own much better lawyers than GW\'s.
