Gilly The Wildling Girl - can she be used outside of round 1?

Since activation is mandatory, Gilly would always have to activate Round 1, even if she is not claiming a spot on the politics board. So She could always only be used Round 1.

Was her ability meant to read: "Gilly does not have to be activated. Gilly may only be activated once per game". Or something similar, which would make her usable outside of Round 1?

Would appear a line of text is missing from her card. That will need to be Errated.

Gilly can only be activated once per game, but she is missing her (crucial) bit of text about not activating otherwise (eg, specifically there to avoid the issue you mentioned, with the standard game rules forcing her to Activate Round 1 and then never again).

Shall we assume Gilly still shouldn't have to be activated in Round 1?
Did you just forget to update the card with the new update? Or have you considered this thing and decided to not add this line of text on purpose?

That's a great question we could use an answer to.

I dunno if they haven't updated Gilly because the amount of text needed to clarify how or when she can skip activation. It'd need tpo say, only when she is the last unit remaining unactivated, and it'd need to clarify if she can skip activation 1 or more times during a single round (when at activation disavantage). On the other hand, maybe NW is OP enough and they felt Gilly should not be as easy to play, as Sam's extra card ability can be pretty handy on a army that with an easy to play tactics deck by itself.

That said I'd love an answer myself.
