No pop. Everything is too dark.

It looks like everything has been given a wash of black or dark brown?
Try washing down to a darker color of the base color instead, then go back and highlight to give it some pop.

(top guy):
the hair should have some bright yellow highlights (drybrush (yes, you can drybrush hair) or edge painted).
The coat has some highlights, but there is no fade between them and the very dark base coat. Try adding a couple of layers of much thinner paint: Base coat is a 5 and highlight is a 1. Add a layer of 7, then a smaller layer of 9 with a final bit of 11. Save that very dark green wash for just the areas in very heavy shadow. Use a shade lighter green wash on the other creases.

Similar treatment for the rest of the mini. Guns should highlight to mithral silver - but only on the very edges.

This is a small thing, but on some of the pics I see a lot of tiny little dots that are either metallic particles or the primer showing through due to coverage problems. If you use the same wash water for metallic and standard paints, then you can often get a transfer of particles when you dip into the water. I use 2 different pots of wash water- one for metallics one for standard paints- this solves that little problem.

I'd also say that pushing the contrast and working more on blending would be your next big technical steps.
