Glowing Flesh

Hey guys I`d like to know if anyone knows any tutorials on how to paint glowing subsurface flesh?

I ordered Zombicide Black Plague and wanted to give the zombies a different style approach. I wanted it more in the vibe of Westmarch from diablo 3.

1) paint area white

2) apply glow color to recessed white area (teal or green in the cases of the photos above)

3) use airbrush and mist the surrounding area with glow color,.. thicker/brighter near the recesses and getting ever lighter/thinner as you radiate outwards.

That's about all there is to it. You could layer some other colors like yellow down in the recesses to help increase the internal glow factor,.. but how far you take it is up to you.
