This is my second miniature i have painted since starting about a week ago. I am just looking for some critiques/advice in making my painting better. You are welcome to be blunt about what you don't like and/or like (if there is anything lol). I have not started the second gnoll yet.

I think your paint job looks neat & tidy. It shows the details and features underneath the paint, so I'm guessing the paint is nicely thinned. Well done!
So far the only critique I have is that you should clean up the mold lines before you start priming/painting. This can be time consuming, but the lines can really ruin a good paintjob.
For example, the mold lines are really prominent on the right side of the head, the right arm, and down the left side of the back and leg.
