(Goblin) Ströhm Warriors

Hy Guys,

here my three little Ströhm Warriors. It was a lot of fun to paint this bastards.
The first time i see the Ströhms in the Rackham Store, i don\'t like the three Ströhms.
But a few time later, they stand on my desk and i think they are really cool.

So here the first one:

Ströhm 1:

This Ströhm was painted with bright colors. The light skin, is a sign of the young age of this warrior. I think the red eyes make him a little bit crazy.

Ströhm 2:

This is my favorite Ströhm^^. I painted the skin, to represent a Ströhm of older age. It\'s a veteran (veteran means he survived with a lot of luck one war^^) The highglights on his armor are very hard, because i will make a look of a comic miniature.

Ströhm 3:

This is the Ströhm with the most details of all. The skin is not green, i see on cmon a lot of cool Goblins without a green skin and i try it by myself.

Excellent work. I really love the Rackham Goblins.

The paint is great, and I like your experiment with alternate skin, he looks like some sort of degenerate pig-goblin. My favorite would be the first one, though. I dig his shield, and his goat hat. I don\'t really like that thing on his face, but the rest is sweet.

Fantastic paint job, full of character! Confrontation minis really come alive in the hands of a good painter, don\'t they? 9\'s all around.

My only comment that borders on criticism is the eyes... they are wonderfully painted, but I can\'t quite figure out where they are looking. With the exception of the first guy, who appears to be looking to his right, they seem to be looking at the ground immediately in front of their feet. Perhaps it\'s just the angle of the photograph.

Great work. Definitely \'cool\'.

2nd one hands down. the colroing and blending are done more gradually and it shows. the third is my least favorite, maybe its just the skin but i feel it is a bit \"powdery.\" but who am i kidding i will be happy when i get an 8. great job.

I really like these minis, they\'re just so frigging... weird. And French. Arkaal\'s version impressed me too, but these have their own charm, even if the NMM isn\'t quite as scary

Thats some very nice stuff there! My personal favorite is the first one. I think that blade with the blood smeared on it is very impressive. Im going to have a go at that myself!
