Gold Dragon Woes.

I am going to paint a dragon. I am using it as a gold dragon for a Dungeons and Dragons role playing game and I need to paint it quite quickly (only a fortnight to pull it off).

What sort of techniques, colours, advice could you give me on getting this D&D gold dragon right?

Well you could always splat on some metallics, eh? Or you could try just use yellowish browns.

spray it with a metalic chrome gold paint from a home improvement store, then dip it in wood stain. Voila. Not the best paint job, but passable and ready in a day.

Fast and easy, but not that great looking, is similer to what\'s been said. Slather on the gold paint then wash it with brown ink. Make sure you go back and hit the horns, claws, mouth and eyes with the properly needed colors and your done. It won\'t win any awards but it will be on the table in a day.
