As the title of the thread suggests, I'd like to display some recent feats of NMM Gold, hopefully alongside my heroes AndyG and 10Ball, and anyone else who would like to join, and set up a vote for best NMM Gold painting. Just a couple quick guidelines:
1) Mini should be predominantly gold. The more shapes snd surfaces to see gold on, the better.
2) Have it completed soon. I am thinking Andy and Lee, if they wish to play, will use some recently painted gold minis, and I will have my own ready for viewing very soon. Therefore, so we can vote soon, please have your own gold example completed soon.
3) WIP photos are fine. The mini doesn't have to be completed, just know that half finished minis may cause voters to put your score lower than they otherwise would. However, I will ask that voters vote specifically on the quality of the gold.
Hmmm...that's all I can really think of at this point. I've noticed a lot of very accomplished painters laying down some awesome almost pure NMM gold minis, so it inspired me to try my own. Wanna see how I stack up against my buddies out there. So if you're game for some friendly competition, drop a line here.
