Yes, looking much better after changing the base, but don\'t stop there, keep working at it until it tells a real story !

As for the painting itself, like everybody said go for more contrast, and try smoothing out your blending as much as possible !!

Major Changes to my diorama

I made some major changes including changing the name of the diorama to \"Hide N\' Seek\" and the number of minis to three instead of 5 or 6. Those Three minis will be two space marines and a ork Warboss playing hide n seek on a ultramarines compound. I still plan to add more details to the base, and for those of you wondering, I had to scrap the idea for the space marine captain because I wrecked him by accident :redface: :cussing: So instead I am going to have to go with the warboss which is still not done and the two space marines. Any comments and criticism is appreciated.

That warboss looks really good... but I wonder if you should rethink having his open mouth be totally black. You can clearly see his gums and a lot of internal features within the mouth, including the inside of the cheeks and the tongue. All of these should probably be flesh and muscle colored.

hi first off i have entered in gd for the past 5 yrs now and got nowhere lol thats not to say you wont tho, the way i look at it is this even tho i enter and get my ass handed to me i have always impoved over the previous years effort you cant help but get inspired by the really amazing eneries and you do take stuff away in the form of ideas keep it up we all gota start somewhere
