I quite like Precinctomega, Meeples&Miniatures and The Dice tower. They do talk a lot about gaming in general but there's always some parts about the painting/modelling side.
What's up with Podhammer? I think it's just the Ozzie wit not coming through properly! As far as painting and modeling goes, you'll get a lot more mileage from Youtube and the various painting DVDs/tutorials around.
That being said, I always listen to podcasts while painting. Here are some I like:
The Iron Agenda (Warmachine)
THAC0 (Generally nerdiness here and the same guys that made Fell Calls! The original podcast about Warmachine and Hordes!)
Meeples and Miniatures
Test Match Special (I like cricket)
IAMTEKKEN.com (I like Tekken)
Bad Dice Podcast (Warmachine in the UK)
I really dislike the D6 Generation. It's loved by many but each show is 9 years long and they just rub me up the wrong way (The same way Podhammer probably does for you!)
