Google Chrome

For people who dont know, Google have just launched their new browser, Chrome.

It runs so much faster than IE its silly, it also features alot of nice features.

For example, for the younger generation trying to hide their /h/ and /b/ usage, theres incognito mode

For times when you want to browse in stealth mode

Seriously though, its well worth checking out.

No adblock though, and not likely to see one given Google\'s widespread advert banner program.

Sorry, I\'m stickin with Firefox. Chrome is speedy and clean (using it to post this), but I prefer my interwebs advert-free.

i think this is great but will having safari, chrome and explorer slow my computer down because it freezes every so often ???

Using it now, \'tis great It even has an automatic spell checker thing that does it\'s spell checky stuff on the things you write on the net automatically

Someone will write an opensource ad blocker plugin i bet, or google will add one that works for anything but google itself

Ironically \"google\" doesn\'t seem to be in their spell checker.

Well if they write one but exempt themselves then I\'m definitely not using it.

My hypocrisy only goes so far.

Maybe in a year or so when the plug-in collection is expanded a little, then I\'ll check it out again. Pretty happy with FF tho.

It\'s open source, so you can write an adblocker yourself if you want to!

Acording to a test I read in a Swedish newspaper it is slightly faster than IE7, but slower than Firefox 3.

I am not sure. It depends on what you do and what computer you use. Page rendering is actually faster on my computer
