There\'s this neighborhood fellow who is CONSTANTLY walking past our our house - 20-30 times a day........ no exaggeration. I looked at crosstreet view of our road and there\'s Arron!
My GUT reaction is that I don\'t like it.
Logically I have no objection to anyone looking at my house By Invitation.
But to publish a picture of where I live, without my express permission, smacks to much of Big Brother Corporation riding roughshod over what little rights to privacy I have.

Seriously though, I think it\'s really cool. I\'ve lived in alot of places and it\'s ...thrilling to go back and virtually visit them like this. But yeah, it\'s all a bit overwhelming when you think of how far this has gone, but like any tool, good and evil intentions and uses are in the hands of the people who use them. For me, the average guy with mundane intentions, uses it to cruise around visiting old places that I don\'t even have photos of anymore and seeing them in \"3d\" which is thrilling. For someone else, they could use it to plot a robbery etc... Same as this exacto I\'m looking at here on my table. I could use it to sculpt out a nice piece of art that could bring a bit of interest into the world, (I won\'t go so far as to say beauty, since it would be me using it to sculpt), or somebody else could use that blade to stab me in the neck if they got in here with those intentions. But I won\'t really get upset about the xacto because it\'s better than using a rock to sculpt with. Probably took that analogy too far.
But it is an interesting thing and something that is sure to cause unrest in some I can understand that easily. My parents would have despised this if it were around when I was a kid, oh man I can already see them writing letters to get their house removed lol

not realy, seeing as the only function is to go up and down streets, no zoom on it. it is even close to detailed enough for casing,apart from where your door is(ok and maybe where the windows are admitedly) but as has been said hed have a much better chance walking down your street and a funner time doing it porbably

I knew they were coming and camouflaged my house:
