i know there are some of you wonderful painters live in the sunny and hotter than a hell hounds lair Florida, how many of you are going to Grail Quest? cause i know i am and i wanted to know who among you wonderful people i will be painting/playing with!

I had intended to, but the money situation isn\'t looking good at the moment. DragonCon is just too close at hand for me to afford another trip in the interim.

Well sad news for us yesterday my mom found out her back was fractured and our dog ripped all the tendons in his front paw. He now has a spoon cast for 10 days. I am not able to leave either. We had to cancel.:|~
If they do not refund the tickets I will post to you darthfoley and maybe it would help you to attend. I will update Monday.

Ipaintminis is my 18 year old daughter,lilman53007 is my 11 year old son,dmofdoom is the hubby, we all game , paint and run the ebay/ web store together.It makes for a very tight nit family for sure.
Ipaintminis has been painting for a while she is just now ready to believe in herself enough to post, and the son is following in the dragon prints of the mom and has his first posting. Not much TV watched around here

Jones Con is not to far away again not as pretty or as big but still is all the games.
I take mom tomorrow to find out more. I will let you know.
Thanks you guys for your well wishes it helps alot we are a bit let down so we have planned a neighborhood gaming weekend to replace the time we will miss.We thought of a paint and take, magic, mechwarrior and the good ole D&D.

Cerridwyn tought a great set of classes. My eye painting ability should now improve, as well as my scores. The good news is I came home with a second in \"Single Monster Mini\" (out of 7) and a 3rd in the painting class. Not bad for a guy in the bottom quarter here.

TAB, how\'s your Mom\'s back? ???

Yeah, me too. Circumstances just weren\'t favorable (esp. considering I got a near-$200 speeding ticket earlier in the week).

Full body scan on the mom on Friday. I think from the sounds of it the results are going to be more than just the back fracture. She avoids all doctors guess thats nice for a while but it tends to bite you in the butt when you take it too far. I am bracing with a positive but realistic attitude. I am not going to follow her suit,if she had been checked previously she may have been able to have help. Lets all schedule preventive maintenance check up even if it is scary so we can paint long and prosper.
I miss you as well airhead thanks but tonight I GMed for the first time to give my hubby a treat and they say I did real well. We are having a Hersey/Brady con to help the healing process. Water naga and shambling mound fun.
