@Saint: Yeah the old school goblins are nice - that's why I kept 10 classic spider riders + the old metal forest goblins in my collection. It's pure retro

What's next?
Last week I bought a goodie bag on eBay, which was called "Big Bitz Box"... this one was like a treasure chest.
Will work on three spider rider conversion, adding custom, helmet, weapons + shields... as kind of "eye-catcher" on my AOP board.
Furthermore the battle-tent of the night-goblins will get some "spider" adds and will round up the terrain on the board.

Two weeks time to get this done... Motivation level is high

Latest update: Based on the "Zebra-Spider" I tried to design the color scheme for my "special riders".

As there are still some days left to Oct-12th I'm more than happy to get some hints to "finetune" this one.
Will work so long on the other two "special riders", which will get the same color scheme.

The zebra/wasp spider riders are ready.
Was improving quality of the pattern while painting #2 + #3. Happy with the result. I guess this will be an eye-catchter on my AoP board next weekend

Looking really good there. Love the variation of pattern on the spiders as well (I think the one on the left is my favorite though since it look like it has a skull pattern on the back)

The last piece just got finished: Terrain coming from skypass + 2 extra spiders

@Fox: Thanks for the info - I was wondering to which party the plumes are belonging to, as I was finding them in a Bitz box deal.
@Eki: Correct the pattern of the left one is a skull. Per GW those spiders come with Skull or the stripes/pins pattern. Accidently the spider with the attack move isn't the one with the skull.
