Ok, I know we\'ve done this one before, but . . .

In your opinion, whats the greatest car chase ever filmed -

To me there are two that take the number one slot -

The Blues Brothers - the final car chase in the last 30 minutes of the movie.

Bullitt - all that raw power booming through the streets of San Francisco.

There are innumerable TV programs about this... Usually on channel 4...

Top 50 car chases... Top 50 Scary movies... Top 50 Ways to eat an oreo...

Bullit I never really liked, even the \"classic\" music I thought was a bit rubbish.

Yeah - it\'s got Steve McQueen in, and the car chase is pretty good, but that\'s the best bit of the film.

French connection is pretty good, if unrealistic.

Blue brothers is the best for pure comedy.

I reckon the chase in HEAT is one of the best, also the Bourne films.

Not sure if I can choose my favourite though.

One of the things I like about the chase in Bullitt is the fact that they let the cars do the talking - music leads to the chase, but then its all exhaust rumble from there on out.

Oh, that and the fact that they loose enough hub caps for 5 or 6 cars.

I liked the chase scene with the Smart Car in The Da Vinci Code - it handled sidewalks and even steps!

Bourne Supremacy had a great one.

I think Ronin had a good one, didn\'t it?

My favorite, though technically not a car chase scene, was in Return of the Jedi on the Imperial speeder bikes on Endor. That was exciting!

Ah yeah - now the transporter has one of my favourite FIGHT scenes - where he puts the bicycle pedals on his feet and knocks over the oil barrel. GENIUS :D

oh, and not really a car chase...........but the preminition in final destination 2.

Hands down: Getaway in Stockholm. Think the 2nd one is when they fly by the cops on purpose, then lose \'em by simply out-driving them. The fact that it\'s Real Life makes it even cooler than anything Hollywood\'s put out.

one of the funniest parts of the movie. although couldn\'t the scene where he\'s trying to run away from the bus be considered a chase, because that part was funny too. lol that mans a genious.
