green stuff need help

Does anyone have any tips on macking gs borders on space marine legs like the chaos space marines have, pictures on the obliterators below

also is their a way to make green stuff stick to models better? as mine never seems to stick well

To make the GS stick better I\'ve heard of people roughning up the surface with sandpaper.
As for the borders, I would sugest using somthing els then GS, somthing that can be sanded down afterwarsd, like millipute.

I would use a Milliput/GS mix or ProCreate. Warm the mixed putty a little under a light (or better, the model itself if it\'s not plastic) to make it stick better. Place, let it cure a little, set it to the right shape, file and sand to get the right finish (use polishing paper for final result).
