Greenish-cyan paint? Where to buy? How to mix?

So I was painting a twilit fish warrior and I realized that I couldn't and still can't find or mix the color I wanted for the runes. I wanted a color close to Nihilakh oxide so I (stupidly) did the runes in white and then painted over them, it predictably came out a gross mess. I am planning to do more twili themed minis in the future and I'd really like to use this color for the runes.

color close to nihilakh oxide... why not use that one? as an alternative the vallejo verdigris glaze is the same color.
If you want it a bit darker/blueer, then add a bit of blue/turqoise to it and you are there.
