The paintjob is not bad at all here - to me some parts like the handgun and the gloves stand out as the best painted, because of color choise and shading.
A couple of things you could consider for your next mini: You have a lot of different bright colors with sharp contrast on this guy, this can give quite a messy look - next time try to use perhaps only two or one bright color - this seems especially important since his skin also have a very distintive color.
Again returning to his skin; I like the color - it fits the trollbloods and makes for an interesting mini. I would though try to do some darker shading in the deep areas or on larger part of the deep areas - my problem is I have to look really hard to make out the features of his face or to figure out he\'s wearing glasses.
These two things combined would IMO give you a mini that\'s more pleasing to look at and with the face as the minis focalpoint.
The base looks fine - but a tad unfinished to me, those little pebbles next to the big rock look unpainted. I always find that no matter how small, basing material should be painted, it\'s to easy to see \"natural\" colors when they are next to/mixed with the painted stuff.
keep up the good work and let\'s see how you\'re doing
