To be honest, it can be whatever you want it to be. Start with a simple 50/50 mix and see how you get on with that first
Swapping and changing hardeners and resins between different epoxies will also give you different properties, there is an article about it somewhere, but I'm buggered if I can remember where tho

Yup, broadly, more ms = less elastic and softer, more gs = more elastic and firmer. As Mike says, have a try
