Another sub, (been busy)
Was going to enter this into GDuk but decided against it. I still like it but somethings just not right - dont know what it is?.
Was skeleton with greens instead of normal browns.

I like the guy but I see what you mean about the skeleton, it's to clean and white. Maybe some devlan mud or sepia wash.

Yep, a yellowish-brown wash would help. It's a bit cartoony the way it is.

Cool overall look though.

There's a couple of things strike me;
Like others have said the skellies a bit too clean and white as if it's straight out of a sun bleached desert.
Also the sword your 'Hero' has impaled him on is a double handed piece, that he's holding one handed with a deadweight load of bones on the business end.
The leverage/balance issue is kinda throwing the visual impact off for me.
I also think that the Red of his tunic is too "pretty red" not grimed up or sweaty. To me its looking straight out the fashion shop, not the campaign wagon.
