Good transformation and painting. His pants are pretty well done and I also like the face but I'm not a fan of the gun.

There are a few bits which annoy me about the gun (the handle is too far fowards because of the hand, stuff like that)

Yeah, GW has some things to fix with imperial guard minis, they're not the best of the range.
