hi there, im sure some of you will ahve seen this fella around

pretty nice huh. i love this mini, but despise its pose, and ive found a peice of artwork which has triggered my brain sells into conversion desire-osis. its pretty much the same but, with his arms out to one side, swinging the mace. so my questions are 1. is this going to require totaly new sculpting(a little i can handle)?
2. what peices does he came in when hes in his blister?

Ithink it comes with: main body, head, hands+mace, banner things.

lots of reposing and a new hand will be needed to make this work, why not try kit basking it with the temple guard ( a plastic set?)

thanks rosac, kitbash is a good idea, i realsied after posting about the new hand, but i suppose i could try try it. would all of the main body need reposing?

not all of it, but the upper arms are attached to the body (I think...)

please note i do not own this mini, this is just guess work from the picture and other lizzie sculpts

personally i think that sculpt is god damn awful.. why they insist on always making the lizardmen in such hunched over poses is beyond me... This one looks like they sculpted the nice stegadon helm then fogot a head was meant to go in the bugger and hurriedly tacked on a mouth...

I actually think he\'s the best of the new characters. Compared to the face on the BSB, he\'s a real looker.

Anyway is it just me, or have the Saurus sculpts gone downhill since 5th ed? The old Temple guard are the win. Period.

thanks Rob, the reason hes hunched over is that he is designed to go in big blocks of temple guard in front of slaan so he has to rank up perfectly, hence the cack pose

Like the Chakax and agree about the 5th edition Temple Guard.

Hate the plastic Cold Ones. Not a patch on the old metal ones, or the new ones from the D/Elf range.

They look far too goofy and have that ridiculous over-sized claw.

I see what you mean Hestan still it\'s a bugger..

I don\'t know what it is but I have always been dissappointed by GW\'s lizards.. I guess because I love reptiles ..(And not in that way..I\'m not Bill ...he Luuuuuurves animals...) So i always expect a little more from them.

I think the temple guard are an opportunity that has slipped by .. I imagine them more upright bigger built . GW seemed to have opted for the bling em out a bit path.

Always the most dissappointing though is the Kroxigor... The first lot were the nearest to how they should be the last lot WTF .. and this Lot WTFWTFWTF........

stegadon is tasty though got the kit and have to say looks a lot of fun

have to agree there, new terradons look the worst, but tiqtak\'to\'s (hahaha) one looks mint, as does he. i quite like the new kroxigors, but they are still vey esoteric.
and on a side note:\"Mr Jobling, if you wouldnt mind dipositing your eggs just here....\"

Love the new Kroxes and think I\'ll be picking \'em up. Nearly suggested them to Scott for our paint off.

Agree about the last ones. They were terrible.

Kind of like it Hestan. Think the teeth on his helmet make him look a tad gormless and there looks to be too much musculature going on. Saying that, I\'ll probably pick one of these up.
