Nuts

Just because you are paranoid does not mean they aren\'t out to get you!

Oh and could someone talk to my ex-wife? When we got divorced I got half the voices in her head... I don\'t want them anymore.

Also, I think JRRT\'s original material may have passed into the common usage terminology. Thus its not really able to be locked down. (Ex in some parts of the country when you say Coke you mean soda). I\'m not a lawyer though and those consulting them seem to be reporting back the same stuff. GW is acting like butt heads, but are perfectly in their right to do so.

As an art major, I learned that there is a common school of though regarding new ideas. This is simply that human society has existed for so long that most ideas we have had been had by somebody else. Basically, a true new idea is very, very rare.....the chances that somebody else has the same idea that you have is very likely.....does this mean that corporate bastards don\'t steal ideas? Not in the least....afterall, many corporations are formed on somebody seeing somebody else\'s good idea and taking advantage....

Well, it\'s true some ideas have already ben taken, it\'s also true that the WAY you do it can be better. Hydrox was the original choclate wafer cookie with creme filling, but everyone agrees Oreo tastes better for some reason. ANother example is landscapes. It\'s almost as if every artist has to do one, and there are tons of variations. Someone might prefer a Monet to a Van Gogh because of the difference in style and personal preference.

Thing is there\'s probably someone locked away for saying the mutant ninja turtles will destroy us and a cartoon creator is making god knows how much money.. :p

They do own the TM for Coke, have for a while I think... But its the same principle that people say kleenex on TV and in movies and don\'t get sued.

Unfortunatly, not soon as I\'m bogged down by GD entries right not. I never got around to priming them either, and it was the boxed set but I just HAD to have that limited ethereal (that broke in shipping.) :(. I might just replace ethereals with The Tallest anyways..
