Gotta admit that was pretty darn cool, great find Alex! :cool:

Liked also seeing the unhelmeted spacemarine commander - very realistic. They do seem to have cocked the scale up a bit though, you could almost see 10 guys in power armour actually fitting inside that one :eek:

Well the vehical does normally fit 10 guys seated not including standing, so unless they were rediculesly big, you could get half a dozen in.

The road wheels look like those from an FV432 .... (Brit APC). Same chassis used for the Stug coversions on Band of Brothers,

They couldn\'t build it to scale, there\'s nothing big enough. A full size one would be almost twice as big and completely undrivable unless you were an 8 foot guy in armour lol

Yeah if you think about it a true-scale Rhino would be nearly twice the size. Many tank chassis aren\'t more than 6\' tall, where a Rhino would be about 12-16\' in scale. Probably 15-20\' wide, and 30-40\' long as well. Compare to an Abrams, which is 8x12x26\' or something like that.

Either way an incredibly cool project by THQ, I had seen photos but not the video before.

so are you saying that space marines are fat? i could fit ten of me in there. maybe they all need to turn bulemic and shed some of those unwanted pounds.

Uber, I don\'t think you quite have the Space Marine physique. Even professional athletes from the NBA/NFL couldn\'t fill a suit of power armor if they tried :p

According to the fluff, space marine are genetically modified humans. They are all on average 8 feet tall or so and pure muscle, add the armor...
You couldn\'t fit 10 Andre the Giant\'s in that thing much less 10 Space Marines which are taller and much bulkier.

I second that. But then again the M113 is supposed to seat 13 and all their equipment. And there even a diagram in the manual that shows you that how to do it!

I would have liked to have seen the inside and the rear hatch to be opened up. I mean, car crushing was cool, but almost any tracked militaryvehicle today could do that, but as they say \'The poof is in the puddin\' and that \'The devil is in the details.\'
