Been a while since I last posted or painted! Thought I\'d post a WIP of my latest miniature, Sauron the Dark Lord...
I\'m not sure where to go with the armour finish, its dark right now but thats kind of what I wanted, his armour is pretty much black with silver edges and detagglio (sp?) I tried to paint the pattern but failed. Any suggestions where to go next with the armour? I tried to stay away from the somewhat brass/bronze finish that GW use and so I just used Boltgun\\Chainmail\\Mithril with lots of thin washes and glazes of purple/red/black mix.
