GW Necromunda Ganger

Hi all,
as you can see I am new to this forum.
The following picture of a Necromunda Orlock Ganger is the first I submitted to CMoN. Any suggestions what I can do better to achieve a 7 or 8 rating? Or some advice for better highlighting would be very welcome!

Welcome to the madhouse!

Enjoy your stay! This mini looks pretty good. The tabard\'s red highlighting could be better blended, I think. Just have more coats and more colours between your shade and your highlight. The same goes for the bandoleers. The chevrons look reall good; it\'s a shame the photo is so blurry, because this mini looks pretty damned fine.

Looks good to me. Try using the macro setting on your camera; it has a flower symbol. Also, you can back the camera a lot and zoom in if you can\'t find the macro (I think that works but I would have to check ).

Hello! Not a bad job there.

For an instant improvement in scores, take better pics!

As for the mini, the base sides need tidying and I\'d say your metallics need a good swabbing down with glazes!

Wait, what? Holy crap, my camera does have a macro setting. I guess I\'d better get to utilizing it.

I\'ll attest to the statements about picture quality. I find a good pic can pull an extra point out of a mini. There are some good tutorials on the CMON Articles section. Make sure you have good lighting, preferably natural sunlight.

I think it looks really good. I\'d give it a 7.

Just have to get my finger again on my mums camera and then I\'ll hopefully get better pics
