Which gw-colors should i use for nmm-silver and gold?

a lot of people use codex grey and white for silver/steel and gold i would use snakebite leather and the yellows and white, make sure you highlight right up to white though or you dont really get the metal effect

I\'d like to add that lining all the edges with white gives the final convincing touch to your NMM.

blued steel

If you want a nice blued steel look your your silvers, check out using shadow grey, space wolf grey (and intermediate bluish white.. i use the reaper dove grey) and white.

For Chrome SENMM, you\'re going to have to buy Vallejo.. Here\'s why: GW\'s paints are too bright and close to the priamry colors, especially their blues. The blues they sell are more like Cyan, which if you were to look at, looks greenish. Thus, you would have to add a bit of red or purple to get a perfect tone for the sky... but that bit would probably be measured out in Parts per Million as it\'s not that much, but it is decernable....

It\'s also a good effect if you mix black into bronzed flesh, then highlight to bleached bone
