Ok... I have an online gift voucher to GW. Setting aside the problem that the voucher might not work in the first place, I also have the problem that the GW website takes literally hours to load on my computer (I\'m totally serious when I say \"literally\") even though my computer is top of the line and brand new!! So, I was wondering, is there anyway to get an online voucher converted into store credit or something? Cause I\'m just not imagining it ever working.

Also try a different browser, perhaps. On my work PC with WinXP, the GW site takes a solid 10+ minutes to fully render in IE6, but if Firefox (first 2, now 3) it loads fine, just like any page should.
