GW Wood Elves Scouts/Waywatchers - conversion project

this is my very first post and I take this opportunity to introduce myself (Could not find an introduction section...)
I wanted to ask an opinion on this conversion project. I used 3 kit (glade guard, shadow warrior, eternal guard) and I'm still thinking about the color scheme.
What do you think?
