I don't like this one as much as the darker colors you used on the other one. Maybe that is what is hurting this fella.

You're probably right... this one might have a little more trouble fitting with the standart tomb kings army scheme... so less people interested.

This was the 4th sphinx I was painting though.. I wanted to try another scheme or I'd go mad with painting the same stuff over again I''ll keep closer to official scheme for my next paintjobs.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking... bah, I don't regret it that much, I did enjoy painting this one, and I learned a thing or two on painting marble

You just made me realize that I made another set of pics with better close ups on the marble... and forgot to update this here... done now . Still need to upgrade my shooting setup to get cleaner pictures though ...
