half ogre barbarian green wip

greets all here is a wip from one of our newest sculptors Tom Mason I orginally took a miniature of thrud and a Heartbreaker ogre and some gw wolfpelts and constructed the mock up..tom based my conversion on his new green..here are a few shots of the concept..and green pics to date.he was to be orginally called korg but Steve at spyglass has one named the same so i think we will name him differently just so not to cause confusion..so maybe Krog Skullsplitter ..he will be a miniature in the new Shadowport line..he comes with three various weapons/hands..a double ended urgosh..a battle ax and a wavy 2 handed sword..the premise on him is hes a half orc ogre breed..so very strong and short tempered..and who in D&D doesnt like the barbarian halforcs..;)

Bayrodney thanks im glad you like him..i cant wait to see it once Tom sends it in..Tom is the same person i mentiond who would most likely be doing the new concept art I posted by herman lau..the halfelf and armored wizard..Krog will be very large if you compare the father ted to him

Thats good to hear, Tom is an excellent sculpter.
He will make some awesome models:)
I look forward to seeing them too.:)

Bayrodney you and me both ;) im told he will have the weaposn done in a bit so I will keep updating so we can see how he looks bit by bit

Bayrodney oh yes he will be one of the first minis in a new line called shadowport..mass produced most likely available here if we can get borg fired up ;) thats why I rethought the name since steve is already selling a korg orc in the coolmini store.

who cares about weopons?! with muscles like that, he could rip his enemies apart with his bare hands!

His muscles are about to burst through his skin :eek:, great sculptwork Mick, i agree with freakinacage, i wouldn\'t want to go up against him weapons or not.

Freakina cage i agree hes built to be a brute for sure with or without a weapon..but i always thought if we could various options would be better ;)
