I think they\'re both *****ng great, though I\'d disagree with your preference Spalding. I voted 9 on both, since they\'re unpainted.

Got to agree with the previous posters absolutely awesome I am sure you will send these by the bundle if you get them cast, I for one would defiantely like to have a go at them.

they are being moulded up this week so that Matt can set about the painted shots and so that I can sell a few ( well that\'s the plan anyway :))

I might even paint one myself if we can invent a new day in the week, say between wednesday and thursday would be fine.

Hope GW won\'t fret over these, Liddell looks alot like a SM/Scout model, in Powerarmor... but hey, every model company get\'s their inspiration from somewhere :D

Looks great! Easy 10 there for the sculpt, get someone to paint it just as nice ;)

Nah, but you gotta admit that he looks ALOT like a SM/Scout model ?

They might not have monopoly on armor, but they have copyright on that kind of armor. Using their design to reproduce a mini would be eligal, just to say I\'m not saying that is what is happening here! :)

He\'s doing it alot different, using GW items and \"greenstuff\" then selling the minis, is perfectly legal.

Moulding a whole mini and casting it in ... whatnot.. packing it in a box and calling it your own, is not :)

It\'s a VERY thin line, and Scibor, he is doing it perfectly... And I\'m getting sick of that btw :p

No, that looks nowt like a SM scout. I could go into detail, but it looks so nowt like a scout that I\'d be here all day.

Of course it\'s not everything that reminds me of a SM Scout, and I did say SM and SM scout, it\'s a combination with some things that absolutly doesn\'t look like any of them. :)

Very impressive, both of them. Just wondering what the cost would be for such large figures though.

Also is there anything else out in this scale? If not it seems they would be display pieces only.

I would say that you haven\'t taken a proper look at some of his newer bases (the ones with power fists and marine-like torsos on) and that he\'s sailing very close to the wind as far as pushing GW\'s IP tolerance goes. Read also GW\'s take on \'mass commercial conversions\' on their legal page. Interesting reading for sure.

These are nowhere near GW IP. Plus they\'re a TOTALLY different scale, one that GW doesn\'t even dabble in. They\'re a bunch of IP bullies are GW. They go around nicking everyone elses ideas, then bollock people for nowt just to scare them off!

Yeah, I saw thoes bases, the powerfist is nearly identical... it\'s shameful...

I think they should do something about people like Scibor really, he is milking people of their money off a concept he didn\'t create himself. Sure they look good (except for the ones where he didn\'t even remove the mould lines... <cough>) but he\'s ripping people off to say the least...
